Beware buying from or selling to traders on EBay.
I have been very badly stung twice now on EBay by traders who flaunt EBay rules or use them to their advantage.
and contacting EBay to report them is useless
after the most recent experience with a certain phone trader I intend to close my EBay account and will buy from trusted known traders in future and sell items if I have any to sell via trusted routes. EBay is too dangerous and offers no protection to ordinary sellers.
its time EBay reviewed its policies and its communication methods. The auto response thing is useless.
to get justice this time I'm going to have to see if I can persue things via the small claims court.
