If you are trying to answer posts on the Member to Member board, you can only do this if you're part of the eBay mentor group, you can view, but not respond.
Those of us on the eBay naughty step are not allowed to respond on that particular board incase we actually tell it like it is.
Given it's the same few questions asked over and over again, you're not missing anything
