iv been robbed by EBAY for a item what never turne up, the best part was i asked a for a signed del note and was shown a picture of a parcel , so now the crooks have closed the case, Amazon here i come

When this happens to me I ask the seller: Where did they leave it? Who signed for it? And I go to the courier website to check the postcode matches mine. If any of these answers aren't good enough then call eBay to explain and ask for help.
