We have been trading using Ebay for many years and have been satisfied. Our payments have now been on hold for 4 weeks because our account details need updating. I have spoken to six Ebay representatives and uploaded the relevant documentation in order to verify who we are. Although we have been good customers of Ebay, they still refuse our documentation as a means of proving who we are. I find it absolutely incredible that Ebay have not contacted me to sort this out. With out Sellers, Ebay are nothing.
Could anyone relate to this and advise us how to find a solution.

Use a PC/Laptop to check account settings and update your Seller account and Managed Payments Banking settings section by section .
High Street Bank details must exactly match those given when eBay account was registered (eg. Prefix /initials/names etc.) ... submit any changes before listing and deal with any addditional ID requirements requested then >
