Reporting stolen property

I have just found a very disturbing listing. The title is "Watch of a captured army in Kyiv by captured army war Ukraine". 

I am very much on Ukraine's side in the war that is currently hapening there. However, I very strongly belive that captured Russian soldiers should be treated with as much dignity as possible. Stealing their possesions to sell on eBay or for any other reason is a terrible thing to do.

I want to report this item as stolen property. However, at the bottem of the eBay form for reporting items it says the following:

"By submitting this email I certify that I am a law enforcement official"

I am not a law enforcement official and I think that it is very strange to say the least that eBay only allows law enforcement officials to report items.

Does anyone here know how I should proceed with this?

You could try reporting it as prohibited item instead.

A law enforcement official would have the evidence that an item was stolen.

If anyone could make a report and have an item removed it would be abused.
