Hi have received goods that are not mine, had the correct address and my name but I didn't order. Was delivered while I was out, should have been sighned for but just left in a secure place have contacted delivery company but they don't want to know. Checked my PP account no money taken from me. Have the e bay sellers ID but on searching they don't appear to have anything for sale how can I contact them ? Thank you.
