A buyer bought a toy car off me and I posted it off in good time however he messaged me with a picture that there was no postage label on the packaging its fallen off basically , now he wants me to reimburse him £7 that royal mail has charged him to collect his parcel, it was placed on the parcel when I posted it so its out of my hands once its put in that parcel bag . What do you think guys ?
Hi thanks for your comment!! I told him to take it up with the post office because I saw the lady put the label on so ive done my bit this end and sent it , I told him it's not my fault its fallen off and asked him to find out why they charge £7 what's that for ? When it's £3.69 to send off .
