I sent an item out it arrived damaged negative feedback left no communication from buyer. I requested a removal of feedback from the buyer and got the reply I work for a legal firm think very carfully about your request. I refunded in full and asked ebay for a removal it was denied . I then start getting other sellers telling me they have had the same issue same buyer same type of item all given the legal threat. Ebay chat as expected sorry cant do anything . What can you do
