My buyer has duplicate feedback from several sources, should I be concerned?

Hi everyone, I'm an inexperienced ebayer so need your help!

I have just sold a high value item and have not yet posted it out. I wanted to check if I should be worried about the following:

My buyer has 100% feedback but several of the places where he has bought things from all say EXACTLY the same feedback. I have listed the common ones below and in brackets the total number of different ebay sellers who have made this comment about him as a buyer.  Should I be concerned?

Good buyer, prompt payment, valued customer, highly recommended. (14)
Great communication. A pleasure to do business with. (8)
Hope to deal with you again. Thank you. (6)
Quick response and fast payment. Perfect! THANKS!! (7)
Thank you for an easy, pleasant transaction. Excellent buyer. A++++++. (12)

Are these generic feedback comments that lots of sellers would regularly use?

Also, what would happen if I sent the item and they stated that the box was empty on delivery? Would it be their word against mine?

All of the above are on the Feedback Drop Down Response Menu, Sellers use this to save time and their imagination when leaving Buyer Feedback, looks normal to me.

"My buyer has 100% feedback"

All buyers have 100% feedback as buyers can only get positive feedback.
