My Item Description Looks Weird!

What has happened with item descriptions? Has the formating been updated by a two year old?!?

The problem i:  Words at the end of des

scription lines are being split over t

wo lines, as demonstrated above.  

Have tried correcting, but the split words just shift to others.

The problem ii. My listing contains two,  part duplicated, descriptions   The first is on a black background, containing the split words.  The second is on a white background, but my description is incomplete.

Any advice  would be much appreciated, (before I end the listing and put the item on Etsy?)

got similar problem since eBay changed listing format last week. Descriptions for buyers not in the same format as I listed and will be difficult for buyers to view. Have contacted eBay but got no real answer just it will be sorted with no time frame

I couldn't get past the automated assistant to ask eBay about it.  Eventually used AI and tweaked it, which has more or less solved the problem.  A pain, though!  Thanks for your reply.  Much appreciated!
