Invoicing Still Broken

Has anyone had a recent e.t.a. from eBay on when the invoicing system failure will be fixed? I spoke to eBay a couple of days ago who said they are working on the failure but no e.t.a.  I've been unable to send any invoices for 5 days after an 'upgrade' caused the  normal 'Send Invoice' blue button next to your sold items to vanish.

I did a one to one with an actual person agent yesterday (2nd march). Admitted there was a problem and that it was ongoing. Still can't send invoices. I am sending an email to each sucessful buyer, asking them to respond to the automatic ebay invoice. Nightmare!
