How to appeal a closed case,

Tried to appeal a closed case, a buyer opened  it saying they hadn't received it but I sent them a message with tracking details & proof on the Royal Mail website that it had been delivered. I've tried using the seller dashboard information but that's as far as it goes. can anyone help me.

The way to deal with item not received cases is to put the tracking details into the case, not by sending them to the buyer. This is why the buyer won.
