Ebay asks for documentation for my sold items

I am looking for some informations about this matter hence it is frustrated already, i have about 5k payouts stuck on hold now and this makes my founds very low so i had to put my ebay seller account under days away until this is sorted out.

Ebay MC011 was sent to me and asks to provide documentation that shows where i purchased the item(s) recently listed for sale on eBay. Documentation that will help them verify your items can include either manufacturer invoices or receipts.
Also to show my name and ebay user id on each document.

I am not a business, and i will never be, i have items purchased from different placed over time, items purchased not only by me, as i have asked my wife or my other family members to purchase them, depending of the location they bought them on offer, and this will have a bare receipt if present or none.  I do have purchases under my name also, they are packs of 1, 2 or purchased in bulk, also from ebay in bulk. Might have receipts or invoices for some, but not for all.

Hence ebay is asking that my name and ebay user id to be present on the evidence, receits or invoices, this will not be possible, as i never had my ebay user id associated with my purchases, if i purchase some of the items from tesco, there will be no names on them, so just a bare receipt. I am not sure who does provide ebay user id to be marked on the receipts.

How to deal with this?

I have only positive feedback on my account, 100% feedback score, and my buyers are always happy.

Usually my sold items arrives to buyers in 1-2 days, to not say to many arrives next day.

But i also have items that arrives in a longer time.

Can anyone help with advise please?

Thank You

"I am not a business, and i will never be,"

Perhaps that's the root of your problem.

Looking at the item you have sold - you are holding stocks of and selling brand new items and one feedback you received indicates you dropship from China.

All that means you are a business seller trading on a private account.

Re: Ebay asks for documentation for my sold items

You're selling multiples of items so yes you are a business seller. As plpmr has said that is probably the problem. If you (or anyone you ask to buy for you) are buying to sell then you're not a private seller. Hard to believe any real private seller is selling stuff they have hanging around would need it sent from China. You should be registered correctly
