Complaint refund

Hi could someone please help me,i sold an item on ebay,and the buyer made an offer so I expected the buyer paid for the item then I wrapped the package up really well so I messaged the buyer saying I would be posting the package the next day which I did,but she sent me a message after I did everything,to say does it work I said yes but I was not to happy about the buyer saying does it work,I think  the buyer should of asked before buying the item,I thought that is the right way to do things.

Yes you're right, but Buyer's are busy and it's no big deal.

 

I am wondering if the feeling of being 'not happy' came from your recent experience of two Negative feedback from another Buyer. Do you know you could request eBay to remove them because they mention an eBay case/refund?
