Buyer failed to read the listing correctly and imagined an additional item was included. Threatens negative feedback if the additional item is not supplied and then leaves damaging negative feedback which eBay refuse to remove. This is a charter for all manner of unreasonable buyer demands which is clearly condoned by eBay automatons.

Contact eBay Customer Services now as there's more chance of Dublin answering and less chance of a scripted answer being relayed.
Explain clearing firstly, the buyer was demanding an item which was not listed, and secondly using feedback extortion if a refund wasn't offered. Direct them to the messages the buyer sent to you.
This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
Good luck, hopefully sense will prevail here, and that neg will be removed, ask too, if there's any defect for that to be removed as well.

I spoke to an automaton in the Emerald Isle who declined my request and then cut me off when I protested over such unfair and unreasonable treatment.

unfortunately although the buyer used feedback extortion [strictly against eBay rules] if the buyer reports the false positive feedback you left them there's no doubt it will be removed and a defect put on your account.
also you are heading for more serious problems being a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law - that usually means your buyers have virtually unlimited Rights,
