Have you actually opened a return request on eBay?

You have to open an official ebay return request.
It's no good just sending it to a random address, you open the case, and ebay sends you a label with the correct address.
If you do it any other way your seller is not obliged to refund you. They may not even receive it back.

As already advised, eBay will only help if you open a formal return request. You can still try that and then contact eBay to get the tracking for the original
return uploaded.
Depending on the reason for the return you may also be able to contact your payment provider for help.
