Attempted delivery back to seller

Hi there just wondering if anyone could help? Iam a little bit dyslexic so apologies if any grammar mistakes.

I bought an item from a seller and then wasn't entirely happy with my purchase so decided to make a return using the QR code that was sent to me.

So I returned the parcel back to the seller by Royal Mail which I then started to track I then saw it got an attempt delivery "no answer"?

What do I do now? As this is the first time I've had to return something.

How many attempts do you think Royal Mail will try? And then what would happen if it got returned back to me?

Not sure what I would need to do if that happened?

Many thanks in advance for all that can help

Re: Attempted delivery back to seller

Returns only need attempted delivery.   If you haven't done so already escalate your case to ebay at least 3 working days after you started it. Go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

If you've done that or if you still have problems contact eBay using the callback link on here:

Re: Attempted delivery back to seller

Many thanks for your quick response. No I haven't done what you kindly suggested as yet.

I only returned parcel back on Fri 29th so if you say wait 3 working days would that be this Wednesday 4th before I needed to escalate?

And what would happen if parcel got sent back to me? Sorry for asking again.

Many thanks
