How to @Mention on the Community:
- Begin reply/post as normal.
- Manually type the @ symbol and type the username you would like to tag/mention into the space.
- Select the account you wish to tag from the pop-up. Selecting from the pop-up is most important and the tag will not add unless selected.
- If you copy and paste a username after the @ symbol and then select it from the pop-up it will work with no issues.
- The system is designed to pull usernames that are already involved in the thread you are replying in and should pick up usernames after you type the first 3 letters. As we have a huge amount of members on the community it will be best to type the full username.
- If you make a mistake typing in a username it can be best to completely delete the tag and restart.
