basically recently I have been having to return items which are not as described. I just got a pair of cycling glasses advertised as yellow tinted and they are dark red mirrored. It's a pain having to go through the whole rigmorole yet again of having to return an item, having to take photographs of it, put it into the computer and then take it out again san pasting it into the return form and filling in the reasons why it is incorrect and then having to wait for a returns form printing that off packaging up the item sticking the label to it and taking it to the post office and then having to wait for a replacement or a refund. It feel like I am looking like the guilty party as too many recently and it is putting me off buying certain things from EBay now.
