"Get £10.00 off when you purchase in our app!" discount

Hey, I keep getting a popup saying 'Get £10.00 off when you purchase in our app!' saying it expired in 5 days. it doesn't give a voucher code so how do i get this discount to apply to my app order?

1. Open the camera app on your phone
2. Scan this code with your phone
3. Go to the app store and get the app
4. Start saving!

those all all the instructions it gives.

Ok, but if the voucher is showing on my desktop surely I can use it on that and not the app ?

No, it just shows there to tell you that you have it available. It's trying to encourage people to use the app so it won't work on the desktop. By all means try it but I'm sure it won't successfully apply it unless you're on the app.

Well thank you again for your help and patience as I have successfully made the purchase in the app with £10 off.

Personally though, I would much rather use the desktop all day long as I find the app horrible and fiddly. Much prefer buying online on a PC than a phone.

🎉🎉🎉 Hooray, we got there! I just wish it was easier for people to use as it is a great discount and ebay seem to be throwing it out every couple of weeks if you're one of the lucky ones. I've used so many of them.

I completely agree about the app. It's nowhere near as functional as the desktop site. I only ever use it to checkout with these vouchers. I get everything into my basket on the desktop site on my laptop and go straight back to it once I've paid. The app is ok for a quick check when you're out and about but I'd never use it when I'm at home.
