I have sold quite a few things on eBay and my last 3 orders I have sent out months ago and still not received the money for them so I need a refund as I’m not getting paid for hardly anything I’m selling

If your buyers hadn't paid eBay would not have provided you with any name and address to post those items, so you have been paid, but as a returning seller, your payouts will be held a little longer until delivery is shown through tracking, but equally a longer hold is placed , if you have not fully or correctly registered for eBay's Managed payments.
See here:
You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.
Contact them this way.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Another possible problem is that you are holding stocks of and selling brand new items, yet you are registered as a private seller.

To add to the good advice givem, Ebay do not automatically transfer money to your bank account.
You have to go to Payments
Then, enter your password again and withdraw your money.
