Twisting Seller Failed To Issue Full Refund - How To Get The Remainder Of The Balance Back?

As the title suggests, I recently had the misfortune to enter into a transaction with a twisting seller who failed to refund the full amount that I paid after the goods were returned.

 

I purchased some bedding from the seller, including a quilt cover, a mattress cover and a pair of pillows.  The problem was that the seller sent each item in a different colour, rather than sending all three items in the colour that I ordered.  Having opened a case I followed eBay's instructions to the letter and returned the items to the seller using the eBay Returns Label.  However, although the seller has refunded the amount paid for the pair of pillows, as well as the money paid for the quilt cover, he has failed to pay back the amount paid for the mattress cover.

 

Given that the eBay case has now closed as a result of a refund (albeit a partial refund) having been issued, how can I get the case reopened and ask eBay to step in and force the seller to refund the money in full?

 

If anybody has any advice as to how I can get eBay to look at this case again and force a refund of the amount that the seller has failed to refund I would be very grateful to hear your suggestions.
