I accidentally selected pre-paid Royal Mail postage when listing, the item has now sold & today I sent the item not realising so theoretically paid twice, can I cancel the prepaid?
If it's simple delivery it can't be cancelled. If it's not SD go to orders, select Postage labels on lefthand side, then click on Actions dropdown menu for the label and select cancel or void Label.
To change the tracking use the Edit Tracking link next to the item or go to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number.
