what can I do if the buyer doesn’t return my item ? Why buyer has requested a return and I’ve accepted it. However he now claimed he cannot open the return lable and is refusing do do anything about it.
I future never refund until you have the item back. As ebay say, you can still request it back but there is no way to enforce it and ebay will not help once you have refunded. Hopefully your buyer will use the label and return it.
Have you already refunded? if you have then you will have to purchase a label and email it to the buyer if they are willing to send it back or send them the postage money to return it.
Thank you very much for your help. Really. I’ve bought a new lable and sent it to the buyer. eBay asked me if I want to accept the refund and it did give me an option to request the product back . I don’t understand what happened..
