Request for refund

I placed order #22-14328-73485 as a guest. Due to an emergency, I had to travel back to my home country. 

During my absence, delivery was attempted but I was not home, so the item was returned to the seller. After I returned, I contacted the seller and asked them to resend the item, but they did not send it. I then requested a refund, but the seller has not returned my money.

eBay offers a Money Back Guarantee, so I would like to request a refund for this order. I have been waiting for a resolution for a long time.

What date did was attempted delivery as you only have 30 days from then to use the MBG.

Delivery was attempted on 14 or 16 March .

You are out of time to claim through Ebays MBG but you could try your payment provider and ask about a chargeback.Most banks give you 120 days from date of purchase.

What is the process of chargeback from bank ? I used Lloyd's bank when
making payment.

You would have to ask your bank or look it up online as i have no experience of trying one.
