Please Help on how I can change postage option!

Please can someone help. Haven't changed anything on my listings and overnight I can no longer send my items as letter but only large letter! I sell greetings cards and only need to sell letter size and literally kills my margins for small sales. When I click change postage there is no option to change it to normal letter just all the more expensive options parcel/tracked etc... any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Just found this thread as having exactly the same issue this morning. How can it possibly take this long to resolve kat@ebay ? This has been going on for months!!

There is a way to resolve this I forgot fired out but it was a while ago. Do not press buy prepaid label, there should be a manage postage button somewhere that allows you to change it to the 0.87p option

I can't see a Manage Postage button when I edit my listing. I've taken a screenshot of it. There's no option for standard letter under the Package Size menu.
