Import cost from Japan on cheap item

I wanted to buy a collectible item from Japan, it is far cheaper there than it is to buy in the UK. It would literally cost £4.30 from one buyer there, yet its £20+ elsewhere (this is because the item was only released in Japan). From what I can gather, it wouldn't cost me any import charges, but I wanted to check first.

If you buy from an overseas seller Ebay will add 20% on the total cost including any postage charge.

I don't know if there would be any other charges.
