Check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and if/when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.

Not true im afraid. 21 years a member and contacting support is ALWAYS a total pain in the a*s*!

There is no easy way to sort out your problems and ebay continue to make it as difficult as possible. More than happy to take your money but not as happy to help you. They make millions, employing a few additional hands to help might cost them an addition 100k a year, a mere fraction of what they make to achieve customer satisfaction. Ebay are renowed for their lack of assistance. When you compare it to the likes of amazon who are superb.

Up until about 2 weeks ago, it did work.

However, member to member support offers fast and helpful advice and, quite honestly, most issues can be resolved by using 'Help & contact' top left of your Ebay page, or by having a basic knowledge of Ebay's policies.

I appreciate you trying to help folk and it isn’t your fault that the link doesn’t work.

I’ve tried that link earlier and it takes you around the houses. The chat-bot is either outdated, or it is purposely programmed to fry your brain. Typed in “can you give me the eBay phone number, please”. If eBay had a direct phone number to contact - which they proudly claim to have - then the chat-bot would willingly give you it, if programmed correctly. Not “please choose an option” which wastes your time and nothing gets resolved. EBay has  buried their heads in the sand, for the sake of profit. This is how companies, eventually end up in the toilet, regardless if they thought they had a somewhat of a  monopoly. Companies like temu come along, and the inevitable happens due to the people at the top not keeping this cash-cow, fresh.

eBay does not publish a phone number for direct access, when you go through the chatbot just keep typing agent or contact agent

The link was provided in September, when it was working.

You can still get a callback.

However, most issues can be resolved by using 'help & contact' and putting in a couple of key words.

Ebay do publish their policies - if you get a callback from Ebay, they can only advise on Ebay policy.

Or, if you have a current problem start a new thread in 'member to member' for advice from other members.

Or, use the link and put in 'speak to an agent' until you are offered a callback - available after 9am today,

It does work, it just takes a lot of perseverance.

I got through yesterday after a good 5 minutes of continually asking the bot that I wanted to speak to an Agent.  I was put through,  and to Dublin too,  extra bonus.
