Double deduction for one item

I hope you’re well. I am writing to bring your attention to an issue I’ve encountered with a recent transaction. The amount for a single item was deducted twice from my account, even though I only placed one order

Double deduction for one item

Others have experienced this , and community manager Kat,  made this  post as an answer to the issue...

 

In most cases when payments are processed twice,  one is usually in a pending status that gets removed , this may take a few days.

My payment is not in the pending process.
It is deduct from my account.
