I recently looked at a range of power tools finding many listed at substantial discount to RRP. On closer examination it became clear these were fake. They were listed as branded item and used the right model numbers but are clearly counterfeit. To see what happened, I reported to eBay. Pretty swiftly I got a “there’s no problem here” email telling me that these fake items did not breach the counterfeit policy. All I can say is, be careful out there as eBay definitely does not have your back on fake goods and may not help if you buy this garbage and find out you’ve been duped once the good arrive.
