Click and collect missing barcode and refunded without my approval

Yesterday when I about to claim my parcel at the store that I requested for click and collect, i realised i didn't receive a barcode from ebay through email. I managed to contact ebay with customer services to tell my issue but they just straight up refunded me without even an agreement from me. I'm not sure are they just lazy or it's just that hard to provide me a simple barcode at this point.

I want to know if the parcel possibly still inside the store right now and also available for me to collect through only my evri tracker and my id.

It reads to me that basically the team member Elen was possibly following an AI script and this is what led her to refund.

The parcel is more than likely in the store if the tracking indicates that. You could always try - but the policy is normally you need to supply the ebay code to get the item.

In this case - its an ebay system failure because they failed to understand what had actually happened.

Presumably ebay has already clicked the button to start the refund process, so I wouldn't even try to obtain the item, otherwise the situation will get very messy.

Alright so this works, the worker there didn't bother checking the barcode but only my id. So I guess I kinda just get the item for free at the end, if ebay not take notice of this... Even though it's their fault for not taking my request seriously.
