myHermes courier - contact telephone number
[ Edited ]

Does anyone have a working telephone number for myHermes? My package (booked and paid for on 12 Oct for collection on 14th) has not been collected and I have contacted myHermes by email on their Contact Us link only to receive a non-reply email back saying "We apologise, but are unable to deal directly with you regarding your parcel enquiry. Please contact the company with whom you placed your order." !!!!!???? The telephone number I have (013479581***) is not recognised!

Just had some antique books arrive today that were sent by Hermes.  They were left outside in the rain, the box they were sent in fell apart when I picked it up it was so wet, luckily the books are intact but I intend to pursue Hermes for some form of compensation.  When I tracked my order it said parcel left in secure location.  I hardly think stood in front of my car on the drive in the rain is very secure!!!!!   It pi**sses me off that these books have happily lasted over 100 years, yet are nearly destroyed by some inept courier company.  From now on I will be insisting that none of my deliveries use Hermes.

WARNING I wouldn't recommend this courier service to any one, very hard to get any communication going with them unless you are the seller, had a 'sorry I missed you' note jammed through my door saying this would be the last time they would deliver my parcel, the driver left no number to contact the company and when I tracked the package he tried delivering at my home 3 times in one hour and left me the card. If it wasn't for a brilliant seller who dealed with it their side I would have probably never got the package!! DO NOT USE HERMES...

This courier is a disgrace. People should boycott it and tell all there friends to do the same on social media and put this unless rip off cheating company out of business. I have been waiting for a parcel since 17/11/14 Up untill last week via ebay. This item has never been delivered and no contact has been made by them to me via a telephone call or calling card. I cannot talk to them as I did not send the parcel even though I paid for it. They keep telling the sender it cannot be deliver which is complete rubbish. This is not the first time this courier has done this to me they actually told another sender I had recieved and signed for a parcel. When in fact it was not delivered untill a month later. The courier said the woman who was supposed to deliver for my area did not like making deliveries in my road! Absolutly unbelievable

Waiting for delivery, the seller sends me the tracking number, for days I have been tracking and finally today I woke up and checked the tracking and wallah, it's been delivered!! Wait did I say it said "delivered" but to whom, not to me, not to my address, I've been home sleeping while my wife was getting the kids ready for school... Oh wait it was delivered at 07;37 according to track parcel, but that's the time my wife was making breakfast for the kids... Oh no... Did they deliver it to my neighbour, but that's impossible cause my neighbour is an old grumpy man, if his name is not on the parcel and you knock on his door, boy does he make an argument! Tried calling Hermes but no luck as the robot tells me to call my sender. What... What... That's a first... I kindly request all ebay sellers not to use this company or atleast if I am buying from you, please don't send my goods via this company!!!!

Good old Rosie coming to the rescue!!!!! I dint think it possible but old herpes customer support is worse than their handling. They have given up responding to my complaints

Finally the Royal Mail battleship is coming out of the harbour having now recognised that online retailing is a major profit centre r buisness.I think the ony reason ebay customers dont use Royal Mail isthat you cant do it online or use paypal which has allowed dresdful operaters like my hermes to flourish

There is a reason that you cannot speak to anyone at My Hermes, they would be inundated with complaints. I cannot speak to anyone on the phone, I did the live chat and asked for a complaints form. The idiot on the other end eventually asked me what the problem was after I had explained three times. How difficult is this? I ordered from Cotton Traders the parcel did not arrive. The delivery driver said he tried to deliver three times but did not think to leave a note. I cancelled the order. Six weeks later I order from Debenhams the parcel does not arrive. Evidently the driver tried to deliver three times again no note left. Am I supposed to be a mind reader?? I tried to contact Hermes to complain but you cannot speak to anyone and you cannot get any sense from the online chat they just give you the same number to the machine. I will just go to Trading Standards now I am furious

DO NOT USE MY HERMES - "MY RUBBISH" more like. BOYCOTT ANY COMPANY WHO WANTS TO USE THEIR RUBBISH SERVICE. As customers they do not want to speak to us, the only way to get through to them is get large organisations to stop using them. When ordering just tell the supplier if you are using Hermes I do not want to place an order

I concur with all of the above about MyHermes.  Left a message on my door, says phone the number below if you have queries, and lo and behold....no number was left.  Second attempt is on Monday and I will not be home on Monday but there's no way for me to get that message to them.  So that will be two attempts.  Will they leave their number the second time?....who knows.

Having read through the horror stories mentioned here and from my own experience of Herpies, I was expecting never to recieve the package that was sent to me.  Thanks to the OP who posted the contact number for them, I rang and after several different voices telling me my call was important, I get through to a guy called Steve. He tries to contact self employed driver.. no answer, but promises to ring me back.

We shall see.

to be updated..

Same problem here, ordered a gaming chair as an Xmas present for my son, was guaranteed delivery of December 22nd, it failed to arrive but now myHermes is claiming it was delivered, so I can't get a refund. They've ruined my Xmas. Nobody should EVER use this company.

I'm just going through the joy of the same hermes c**p. I have who looks like a good seller, but for the courier they chose. My item is nowhere to be found. Hermes are uncontactable in any coherant manner.  The parcel was left in my porch aparantly. The porch was locked all day and there is no sign of any communication.

muppetry of the highest order.

It'll all blow out as a bad feedback, because of a bad courier service, and I can't persue it properly because their system says it's all ok. I so frustrated with this.

Earlier in the week the same cretins threw an MSI motherboard over my gate, and it was nearly bust.

tiggersnissan.

I am currently emailing Hermes at the moment as my parcel i paid for was meant to be picked up yesterday, their answer was " Unfortunately you have used DPD and emailed us at Hermes by mistake " My paypal receipt clearly states HERMES, and I do not have a DPD account... they are clearly giving me the runaround, I will not be using them again.

After being messed around all day I finally managed to get through to MyHermes live chat and it was a total joke, chat kept disconnecting every 2 minutes, eventually the agent told me that my order number didn't match my address and basically tough luck it was the sellers problem (seller was Amazon) luckily I took screenshots of the chat, sent it to Amazon with the threat of legal action, and thankfully Amazon refunded me. Speaking to a friend there and she had the exact same problem with MyHermes, they're a nightmare!

Having the same problems. Ordered some items from sports direct with next day delivery. Turns out it's via Hermes. I am having trouble speaking to a representative of either side due to no useable numbers.
This is obviously an extensive problem of bad customer service which is appalling...
