Where is the e-mail and/or chat feature ? The "Help" just sends you in circles !!

"Help & Contact" is doing my head in !

If you have that difficult you could try asking your question on here....

Providing it is nothing personal, There is usually a member that is willing to help....

It would save you a lot of frustration and time too!

If it is really necessary, why don't you do the obvious thing. In Help & Contact enter in the box LIVE CHAT, look at the links that come up and scroll down the page. At the bottom whenever I use it, is the option for live chat.

But is it really necessary, so many links there in Help & Contact that very rarely is it essential to contact ebay as things can be sorted without their involvement.

As already advised you need to type in a few words and then select a topic. Once you have done that you can scroll to the bottom of the page to find the contact options.

Email is never an option and Chat only appears on certain topics.

You need to use the Help & Chat tab, put the topic in that you're looking for, if there's no eBay help page for it there'll be a contact route if you scroll down the page.

eBay discourage contact with eBay CS because it's not usually necessary to contact them, unless it's something very personal to your account, or you've received a refund that's failed.

Ebay doesn't have email support. It's Live Chat or phone.

Not sure why you're struggling to find those contact details, but as you are, ask here. Someone will be happy to help.
