Have received email from seller advising that they want to cancel the transaction, I declined, and up popped 'the case is closed'. What does this mean? Feel not enough information!

Your seller was asking you to agree the cancellation so they could recover their selling fees.
You had the option to agree or decline. You declined so they won't get their fees back.
The transaction is now closed but you still have 60 days in which to leave feedback if you haven't already do so.
