I know this is so unfair Ebay  , but this this is Ebay Rules , when you open a case , if tracking provided , you will always loose .Surely Details must be available have you been to your local  Post Office to complain ?

If you paid via PayPal, just log into your PayPal account and find the transaction.

Open an item not receive ddispute for it, stating that you've not received your item and when tracking number XXXXXXX is checked it does not show delivery to your address, and that the post office state that the tracking number does not refer to your name or address.

If you have this in writing/email from them, attach it to your claim.
