what to do about scammers from china

been trying to send back a caamcorder that is definately not what i expected to receive, ie welcome boot screen, lies on megapixels, , the inability to video at 30MP smoothly and full on jerky video when used. which i saved video`s of  etc etc, and all i get is  replies saying.

i know this is the usual tactic when dealing with terribly badly made cheap chinese items, no idea why a photo of something  would help and offering a fiver is downright insulting for the piece of poop i received..

Open a 'not as described' case in the resolution center, if as I suspect the item location on the listing is UK, that's where you post the return, either way the seller is responsible for the return postage cost.
