Hi All,   I won an auction last night, but the price I won at (165 + 8 post and packing) is not the basket price (198 + 9.60 post and packing).   I don't see anything else in the basket. And can still see the individual item "won" price if I go into the item itself.   Has anyone seen this - or got a suggestion how I overcome this with the seller?   Thanks,   Matt   ... View more

I've ordered an item a couple of hours ago, I have two addresses saved on my account and I made sure to use the right one. Going through the purchase history, when I click on the item name and go to it's sell page everything seems in order until you get to the delivery part, underneath collection and postage- it's saying the postcode of the other address. Now when I view the order details it's the correct address.. so does anyone know what's happening? ... View more

I have bought an item on Ebay thru a guest account. I did this quite by accident. I don't know how this happened as I did sign in and a confirmation email was sent to my email account. When I vew the confirmation email with regards as to that purchase and click to view the item I can't link to it because it is a Guest Account. There is a problem with the item and I can't contact the seller .On Ebay when you have a problem with a purchase you go to Ebay sign in and view purchase history but the itamm bought thru guest account is not there and I can't find a way round this. I payed thru PayPal and I will contact them in hopes of help. Does any one know if I can transfer the guest purchase to my Ebay account ... View more

I bought a kitchen tap in September 2020, from a seller 'posting from London', but obviously China based. Initially the tap was fine, but it developed a fault that could not be repaired by a plumber visit (it just spins on it's mounting as it has broken form the central spindle)   Contacting the seller is exasperating - they ask loads of questions, on which I have answered all, even sending photos, but it takes 24 hours for each response with the time difference! It is advertised with a 5 year warranty, even though it's now only months old.   Have I just thrown £50 down the drain or is there a way to get Ebay to intervene? I bought an item and received a cheap knock-off, then the seller's account was removed by ebay. I successfully started a return as ebay approved it, then printed a label through ebay to return it. It went through the post office no problem, but was rejected by the seller when they tried to deliver it as I expect they knew exactly what it was. From the help guides I think I'm supposed to have an "ask ebay to step in option" but when I view the return details there's no option at all and every option I click on just sends me in a loop. Usually the message seller option will give me extra options and allow me to open a case but because they're not on ebay anymore I don't have that option. ... View more

Hi - I am looking for a specific ebay seller (20 transactions) whose ebay name I have,  but using the 'find a member' link on the site map doesn't help as it wants item numbers etc., and the only item number of a sale I have relating to him/her is over 2 years old.   Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Hey,   so i purchased something on the 7th of december as a christmas gift, it was sent by the seller on the 8th first class, due on the 9th. i waited an extra week but it didn't arrive, i contacted the seller and we went through resolving it, he sent me the Royal Mail reference number, so i called Royal Mail yesterday, which is 12 days after it was due. Royal Mail told me on the phone that if it hadn't arived by the 21st which is also yesterday that they would consider it missing in their system, so i asked for a refund as Royal Mail declaired it missing and the seller obliged straight away, he told me he's going to Royal Mail to claim for a lost package. All was fine but the item arrived today, so i'm not sure what to do in this instance. i already purchased a second one which i had to get special delivery and pay more for, just so it would arrive before christmas.   what should i do?   Thanks. ... This request is about 3iphones puchest on 31/10/2020 as follows       The above phones were returned to seller  on 12/11/2020 with tracking numbers intact on them for none collection   Due Covid19 lock down there was communication breakdown which caused delays in every aspect. I did not receive any information to collect these phones from Argos East where they were delivered. I also did not get information about asking ebay to come in and assist collecting my money. The customer sent email to saying they had not got iphone 8 plus on 25/11/2020 and ebay asked me to reply on that same day with tracking number to Joseph of mobile trons. during that period communication was difficult, I could not access my ebay. On 10/12/2020 the return was closed without getting my refund. I contacted ebay and I was told I could contact seller directly which I did on on 11/12/2020. I got no results since then.
