I have tried to ask the seller a question, but the laptop does not respond. A tiny blue line comes up, and nothing happens. I go onto my wife's side of the laptop, do exactly the same thing and it works? I am puzzled as to why? Does anyone know why, please? regards Gary

hi could someone please help me i bought something of ebay and paid at the same time then i got an email from ebay to say that the order wouldnt go ahead because they think the item was hacked ? so done what ebay said to do if i had paid to get a refund but it sayd the item hasnt be paid for yet but it has come out of my bank and cant get in touch with seller or ebay for a refund thanks for taking the time to read many thanks colette 1200

Expecting delivery today between 10 and 12. no delivery, yet item updated showing signed for by household at 11.44 on Hermes site. we were in all day, doorbell checked it's working ok. hermes tracking states signed for, but signatures collected due to virus. anybody else had this problem?

I bought an item without checking the length of time given for postage. Turns out postage was stipulated at 3 months. So impossible to receive the item and leave feedback. Today 2nd June 2020 the postage shows delivery between 8 July - 2nd Sept 2020. It is impossible to create a resolution centre issue until 2nd September 2020 in this case. That is 3 months from date of sale.

The seller I want to buy from said she would combine the postage. I then pressed 'buy it now' and now can't request a total. Can the seller amend their settings to allow combined postage? She's asking me to pay in full then she'll reimburse me the difference in postage. I told her I wasn't comfortable with that and she needed to sort it out, but can she? I feel trapped now with the sale as I wouldn't have hit BIN if I knew postage wasn't going to be combined.

Hi everyone recently i tracked my item from China which has been sent out since April ! It arrived in the U.K. last week and then was received into Royal Mail quite quickly I last had a tracking update on the 31st of may saying in transit sorry your parcel went to inward RDC in error so we re routed it immediately more info will be available as it travels through our network I’ve never had this message or tracking info before and tried contacting Royal Mail but nothing ! It first said we have it then came up with the message I just said which is confusing and frustrating please help !

The Farrago started weeks ago & I was told by eBay the issue was with my Bank, it turned out not to be the case. Next eBay referred me to PayPal after numerous attempts PayPal advised me it was an eBay issue. Around we go. back to my Bank & back to PayPal, we now know it is eBay issue, I have requested an invoice from sellers one of which had already made an unpaid claim against me for a mobile phone. PLEASE eBay, contact the sellers to clear my name & work for the solution David mentors7
