i have bought many ecig vapes before but now they want age confirmation and i have not got a smart phone so i emailed site with confirmation of my dob which is over 70 years and they keep cxx my order and refunding does anyone know why

Vape sellers have to verify buyers age by law, if they can't do that, they can't sell to you.

It is not just an ebay issue, it applies everywhere, normall these sellers provide link to website, once verified, you can buy anywhere.
