a seller has ive been having problems with has just tried it on,
the package has not arrived I has the tracking number for it, its missing in the network so I opened a claim to cover myself and the seller took offense and changed the tracking number and according to the case I have opened its been delivered but the number is short by one number so I cant use it to see if I can get an address.
what can I do about this
The only way a seller can win any dispute / case opened, is to enter a valid tracking number to show delivery. Then the case will close in their favour.
If this has happened you will need the seller's help in contacting a courier if used, as they will only talk to the sender, and not the recipient.
