How do i remove sellers reply to the negative feedback i left for them?
`Buys from Amazon and re-sells!`
I`m not sure you know how it works, but buying stock to resell is called `running a business`, where do you think shops you visit get the stuff from they sell.
Drop shipping is perfectly legal and has been a part of ebay for ever and with respect, you got the item you bought and paid for, so what difference does it make where it comes from!
With reference to the sellers followup comment, you can`t remove it and why should it be, the seller is entitled to give their side, just as you feel justified to throw negs out like confetti.
Maybe you shouldn't be giving so many eBay sellers negative feedback, they are entitled to defend themselves. If you're not happy with an item, just return it for a full refund, eBay will even give you a free returns label.
some of your negative feedbacks qualify for defamation which is illegal and can see a seller be compensated for loss of sales.
eBay full protects you, that's why buyers use eBay. So stop being a hater, it's unnecessary and can see you being blocked by a lot of eBay sellers.
What if I purchase an item from a seller.....Pay for it.....wait 25 days for it and never receive it and open up an unpaid item case with ebay and the seller uses the feedback forum to leave threatening feedback for the buyer? I want her threats removed ! who do I contact? Some sellers who are dishonest and do not ship out purchased item, after it has been paid for, deserve a negative feedback. The seller has NO RIGHT to use the feedback forum to make threats to the buyer when the buyer has done NOTHING wrong.
It appears that suddenly every seller you deal with is going to get a negative feedback rating.
The interesting thing is reading the responses to these feedback ratings you leave because they tells quite a bit. about you as a buyer.
If it's the comment about using Amazon Logistics then you can't and don't have any reason to.
Alot of ebay sellers also sell on Amazon and use Amazon Logistics to fulfill all of their orders.
BBL updated.
I think you ought to ask yourself why you leave so many more negs than most buyers? In fact, for the last year you've stopped leaving anything else.
Many are for sellers with thousands of feedbacks, 99%+ positive. Are you perhaps being a bit trigger happy, and not giving sellers a chance to sort out problems?
Do try to get your number of negs down. At this rate, you may find sellers will take one look at your feedback record and cancel your bids.
Now the O/P admits he only leaves feedback if it's negative.
Contact eBay CS and they should remove the negative comment on the green dot.
Of your last 14 non-positives sellers have replied to 7 and none of the replies would qualify for removal.
Sellers like to receive positive feedback as well as the negs you leave,
surely some of your sellers sold you good items.
Sellers can't remove a buyer's feedback. They would have to ask Ebay to remove it. And Ebay will only remove feedback if it breaches feedback rules in some way. Which yours obviously must have done. To read up on feedback rules for yourself, use the Help pages (links at top and foot of any page).
The amount of negative feedback you've left is jaw-dropping. I'm surprised you're still shopping here! And I'm even more surprised that Ebay haven't booted you off the site by now - with such a high percentage of negs and neuts, that day must surely be nigh.
