Search & Sort by Estimated Delivery Date & / Or Fast & Free??

I essentially want to speed up my 'search and buy' time, plus sometimes i need to get an item quick.

Without the need of having to click into multiple and repeated listings of the same item which takes up too much time, does anyone know of an option to either sort by the estimated delivery date, or to narrow search the sort by 'Fast & Free', much in the same way one would with 'Buy It Now'?

The nearest method to potentially narrow down the delivery times is to refine the search to location, ie the closer the seller, the faster it is potentially delivered, however this isnt always foolprooof.

If not, it would be a really useful addition.

Sadly not, as a result more purchases have gone over to amazon prime where this is an option...

If you ever find an efficient way around this, please shout!

Thanks

As has already been said, there is currently no way to filter the search results based on the estimated date of delivery and/or Fast & Free.  However, even if you were to filter your search so as to locate sellers based closer to you, this doesn't always work, as in some cases a listing will state in the Item Location section that the item is based somewhere in the UK, when in fact the seller is actually based overseas and will be posting the item to you from a far-flung location such as Hong Kong!  Because of that type of thing it's possible for the search results based on location to be misleading, so the best option is to closely check any listing that you look at, and if you are considering buying from that seller check out the postage options available, as well as the seller's business address if he/she is not a private seller.

With regards to the postage options just because a seller may have chosen to set the listing up to show that the item will be delivered via economy delivery with an estimated delivery time of around four to five days doesn't necessarily mean that that is the only delivery option available.  Many sellers set the listing up to show the economy option on the listing with free postage as a default option in order to encourage buyers who aren't too worried about receiving the item quickly to place an order; however, in many cases sellers also include one or two extra postage options for potential buyers to choose from should they be willing to pay slightly more money in order to ensure that the item is sent via a faster postal service so that they can get the item sooner than they otherwise would have done had they just gone with the economy postage option.

There is no way to do this. In any case, it isn't necessary as most sellers offer a variety of postal services for you to choose from.

Also, refining by location won't make a scrap of difference to UK delivery times. Carriers' delivery estimates are identical for the whole of the UK.
