Scam listings

Not something i have fell for myself but i am currently looking to buy a graphics card for a computer i am building and the amount of, what in my eyes, falls under false advertising, and as such should be punishable by the law, listings of graphics cards which say

"(totally normal thing, actual graphics card name etc) png)"

and then in the description it says " this is not for humans only bots and scammers no refunds etc etc"

this should be illegal, and from my understanding of the law it totally is. What is more concerining is that these listings have bids on them, sometimes even over the price that they are worth. This is either money laundering or a scam, i am unsure which

They do not make it obvious enough at all that the listing is not the actual card, most have pictures of the graphics card itself not a picture of the picture (if that makes sense) so i believe that this falls under false avertising too

I want to get these guys atleast taken down, if not punished under UK law (im sure similar laws exist across the world) via fines and possibly even jail time (although this would seem extreme)

I hope we can get a serious investigation into this.

in any event the buyer has full protection from eBay and PayPal buyer protection.

Unfortunately the internet is full of scams.

Suggest you read the Money Back Guarantee, unless something is physically sent, then the seller cannot prove delivery and all buyers can open Not received or not as described cases to get a full refund.

If everyone did this it would become rather expensive for sellers plus a lot of negative feedback would also help.
