As nobody can see your settings or where these items are showing we cannot be sure they are not just random ebay adverts.
If you think that someone has found a way in to your account check your anti virus is up to date,scan your device when you are sure it is clean then change your password for ebay also paypal if you want to.
Also make sure there is no way into your account/or there is no hack from some social media site or similar.
