I opened a return case with a seller who just closed it. How do I ask for help from e-bay now?

I purchased a bag of mini chipped bark on e-bay but this wasn't what I received.

 

I then opened a return case with the seller who just closed it.

 

I can't find a way of now asking e-bay to step in and help.

 

Any help or assistance would be really appreciated

Sellers can't refuse returns of items which arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, so you must have chosen the wrong reason for the return from the list presented to you.

 

Ebay can't help you now, so you will have to open a case in PayPal. Ignore it if their system tries to send you back to Ebay, and continue scrolling down the page to the relevant link. Follow the instructions to the letter, and do not close the case on a promise - as here, closed cases cannot be reopened, and you can't open another.
