That's just over 20%, I had a sale the other wk and ended up paying 20% too as it was a sale to US.
Unfortunately there is no way of reducing business fees paid

Yes it hurts, a lot, the excessive fees they take considering the poor service we get back from eBay.
A private seller would have got £200 back and the postage - that hurts even more and shows how we business sellers can easily be undercut now.

You will need to check the fee breakdown in the sales record. Click into the sales record and at the bottom-right you should see "Order earnings" with a "View more details" link below.
The final value fee for "Watches, Parts & Accessories" is (12.9% + 30p) + VAT whilst the "regulatory operating fee" is 0.35% + VAT. If you sold the part for £200 + £10.00 shipping your fees would have been:
FVF: 12.9% + 30p = £27.39
ROF: 0.35% = £0.74
VAT: £5.63
TOTAL: £33.76
If it was an international sale the international fee would have been levied. If you have opted for other optional listing upgrades such as a subtitle that is charged on top. If you promoted the listing those fees are on top. Also note if your seller level is rated "below standard" or you are rated "very high" in your INAD service metric there are FVF penalties applicable to both.
