eBay Removed Seller Help

We received no communication about the New Seller Help. We tried to raise an issue via Seller Help, but we spotted the following statement "Seller help is changing Seller help is becoming more personalised, and we're making it easier for you to request the removal of feedback, defects and late deliveries. See "Suggestions for you" below for help with a recent order, or to make and manage requests."

This suggests eBay will be making improvements to support business sellers. Unfortunately, that's not true. eBay removed the old Seller Help and replaced it with a rather dysfunctional new Seller Help without any agents available to help at the moment. 

Why fix something that's not broken?! Why are they making it even harder for eBay business sellers?

I contacted EBay recently with no problem. go to contact us. When the automated message comes up, just type in “ speak to agent”. I was talking to an agent within 10 minutes after clicking “ we will call you”.

Unfortunately this is typical ebay -

They have removed the button to remove feedback, now I can't submit a remove feedback request (for a negative where the buyer has contacted me to say they left it for the wrong sale by mistake) how is that easier?

We seem to be moving towards the bad old days of ebay saying they are doing things for sellers being a cover for the opposite.

Saying that the automated feedback removal was a complete lottery anyway, if they have removed it because it didn't work, I would have appreciated it and trusted them more if they had just said, it doesn't work so we have changed it
