Variations Not Working

I've tried on two different browsers and there is an error on the variations if I try to add any to my lisitings.
Columns out of sync, drop down options not there. 

I noticed this yesterday too, so left it and tried again today and still it's broken.

There is an open ticket with tech for not being able to add them to listings. Can you provide some item number examples where you are encountering the issue and I'll get your account added to the ticket.

I don't have time to try all my listings, they all are multi-variation.

I've been having this issue for over a week now and was hoping to get an idea of the status. Nearly 200 of my listings are variations and updating them to include new conditions is a major part of my business. I've been stuck unable to add a lot of stock for a while now.

Have tried in Chrome, MS Edge, Firefox and Amazon Silk........fault is replicated in all 4 browsers

Once / if fixed, will eBay be offering a rebate on Shop fees as we haven't had the service we have paid for for a full week now?

Most of my listings are multi listings, I've have the same problem for most of the month, having contacted eBay several times and sent screen shots. Even though I add or remove listings on multi listings every day I can't get it over to them I know how to do a multi listing all I get is a print out of the procedure so now I can't afford to waste more time on them

To partially get round this problem and you get to the section where you just get a (1) in the box instead of the name of the listing, you will find the 1 is the first digit in   the name so ignore and continue to save then save again at the bottom of the page. If I remember click edit and scroll to the bottom of the listed items you will then see your new listing and able to add number of items and price

If you have a long multi listing page and some sold items that are normally on the drop down list you will find you could have added one of these so delete and repeat until you get to the new listing

I don't have any further updates right now as they continue to work on resolving it. Once I get confirmation of the fix I'll update the thread.

Please can you add my account to the ticket.  It's exactly the same - unable to 'Add combinations' previously used when I update that inventory.  I have had to go back and re-do the listing and then have to re-do the listing every time to update inventory.  This is really bad.  Nothing like this on Etsy that I have to contend with 😞
