VAT Receipt For eBay/Packlink Shipping Labels

Hello

Does anyone know if it is possible to obtain VAT receipts for shipping labels purchased directly through eBay/Packlink? I have tried search everywhere but can not seem to find them.

I was hoping my problem was solved. However, despite a shipment in April this year, the list of invoices stops at a shipment made in 2023.

So this list of invoices is either not up-to-date or misses invoices for PakLink shipments.

Agree with above -nothing after 2023. 

Has anyone solved this ? i need postage receipt to claim as expense now ebay  disclose our sales to

HMRC.

II would imagine, that it's because they changed things.

And Packlink is now legacy.

I don't use Ebay postage at all, but that menu seems to be where you need to start.
It even includes a link to Packlink invoices.

Just found this ...........go to Seller Hub dispatched.    Scroll down and on rhs is pyment breakdown icluding your postage costs with vat element.

My screenshot shows a prepaid label (paid directly by buyer to ebay) so is a poor example.  Doh !

I have much the same problem as the original poster but I'm not seeing Vat on the postage transaction at Seller Hub, just the gross amount.  It ought to be possible to se all our postage in one place, and with the Vat as a distinct element ion the charges.

Yes, thanks for that, but that's only for Packlink.  What I'm not finding is a Vat invoice for postage bought direct from eBay ?

Isn't it on the tax invoices? 

Seller hub - payments - reports - tax invoices.

No, the Vat shown on the invoices relates to fees & subscription.  But a £2.70 postage charges will include Vat of £0.45, but eBay do not seem to show it anywhere as a separate charge.  I can work it out manually, but if HMRC ever inspected my accounts I'd have no Vat invoice to put alongside the numbers, hence why it bothers me.
