Unable to send offers - just reported

It's a known issue eBay are aware and working on this.

kat@ebay  our eBay Community manager is helping with this too, and she can hopefully add your accounts to the ticket for eBay tech team to view, and advise on any updates for a fix,   or length of delay.

As an aside from this thread, i have been having a problem on my "Manage Active listings page" as the "Search tab does not work, and has not done so for several months now.

Very inconvenient as i have to search page by page for a certain item and going through 30 odd pages is very time consuming.

Contacted Ebay via phone call 6 weeks ago and they said they would look into it. But nothing doing.

I had this - on and off occasionally - I used the work-around of searching for the item via my shop (or other items). Obviously it depends what you want to do with the listing once you've found it. But most of the time that worked for me. You can sell similar from it etc with the options up at the top.

Yes, that worked ok for some editing, but if i want to "remove" a listing i have to find it in my "Active listing" pages.

Would be better if i could remove listings from my "Shop" pages.

You say its a known fault, thats great but is there somewhere I could have checked on Ebay that has a list of " active faults " ? If so i'd have checked there first, saved some time and saved consierges time making the whole process for everyone more efficent.

There is a workaround for this.

Just go to the inventory page.  Any item eligible to send offers on will appear at the top of the page.

Just send from there instead.

Confirming here that tech have advised this issue was resolved.

@tony4cats  Can you create a separate thread for your query so we can avoid confusion by going off topic on this thread.

You need to put the @ symbol before the user name to tag and then I can look into it for you.

However this fault may have been "resolved", seems to have caused this with offers received:

It's handily converting it into US dollars for me, just in case I'm unfamiliar with my own country's currency.

This symptom of American colonialism is obviously an irritation rather than a problem - but I thought I'd mention it because it seems to be associated with temporary fixes rather than permanent resolutions to site problems.

Still not working for me either, wasted 2 hours of my life yesterday trying to figure out what I was doing wrong !!!

Tried again this morning. 

I am trying to send an offer in reply to a message offering to buy my item for a lower price (via the send offer button next to the message)

It allows me to enter the amount and a message, but when i click on continue it fails - just getting red label saying   Sorry, we are experiencing a technical problem.

Apologies I have no idea where I am supposed to type this cry for help, see above. I have not used a blog or whatever this system is, before. Obviously am an ancient person - though have managed my ebay account for 3 years now.
